Regulatory changes with the amendment to the law 220/2008 have led to undo many of the authorizations already issued.
Basically if you do not have a building plot, the PUZ and Urban Planning in good standing, will be impossible to get the emission of Green Certificates, which change from 6 to 4 for all 15 years and if the system is connected by 31/12/2013, you benefit from April 2017 for another 11 years of additional 2 Green Certificates that is in addition to the 4 source. It can also be considered a great speculative investment.
In Europe, the share of energy consumption met by renewable sources in 2008 was 10.3% and the commitment is to achieve by 2020 targets of 20% of renewables, 20% energy savings and 20% reduction in CO2.
